       This is my 2.4 Transverter. Underneath the main board (hidden) is a combined 4WPA/RX preamp board with T/R switching.
Due to the huge amount of combined RX gain, ive added a cavity filter (too much gain can be a big problem in a big city).
There is more then enough gain in the transverter alone!!
I plan to run my LO with my IF and DC power lines (common with all of my transverters)

 

 

 

                                  This is my 10ghz Transverter with a 3W DEMI PA. (not yet finished)

Im hoping to mount the box on the  feed stem on my offset dish (right next to the feed horn for low losses)

I wonder if I could squeeze a low noise preamp between the coax relay and input??
